Spätburgunder Asselheim trocken

Ingredients

• 200 gAged mountain cheese
• 50 gWalnut kernels
• 100 gDark grapes
• 4 piecesCherry tomatoes
• 100 gSea salt crackers
• 2 tbspFig mustard

Preparation

1. 1Cut the aged mountain cheese into bite-sized pieces and arrange them on a wooden board.
2. 2Wash and dry the grapes and cherry tomatoes, then arrange them decoratively on the board.
3. 3Roughly break the walnut kernels and scatter them over the cheese.
4. 4Place the fig mustard in a small ramekin and position it in the center of the board.
5. 5Serve with crackers or fresh bread and enjoy immediately.
