Weißburgunder St. Stephan trocken

Ingredients

• 1 loafBaguette
• 1 pieceRipe mango
• 1 pieceRipe avocado
• 2 tbspLime juice
• 3 tbspHigh-quality olive oil
• 20 gSlivered almonds, toasted
• 0,5 tspSea salt
• 0,3 tspBlack pepper, freshly ground
• 0,5 bunchFresh cilantro

Preparation

1. 1Slice the baguette into approximately 1.5 cm thick pieces and toast them in a dry pan on both sides until golden brown.
2. 2Peel the mango and avocado, remove the pits, and dice the fruit into uniform, small cubes.
3. 3Finely chop the fresh cilantro and place it in a bowl along with the diced mango and avocado.
4. 4In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper to create a dressing.
5. 5Pour the dressing over the fruit mixture and toss gently so as not to crush the avocado too much.
6. 6Generously top the toasted baguette slices with the salsa, garnish with the slivered almonds, and serve immediately.
