Ingredients

• 100 gSmoked ham
• 150 gAlpine cheese, block
• 4 slicesFarmhouse bread
• 1 bunchRadishes
• 4 piecesGherkins
• 50 gButter
• 0,5 bunchChives
• 2 tbspMustard (medium-hot)

Preparation

1. 1Slice the farmhouse bread evenly and arrange on a rustic wooden board.
2. 2Cut the alpine cheese into bite-sized pieces or thick slices.
3. 3Loosely roll the smoked ham and place it attractively on the board.
4. 4Wash the radishes thoroughly, trim them, and slice into thin rounds.
5. 5Halve the gherkins lengthwise and place them decoratively alongside the other ingredients.
6. 6Wash the chives, cut into fine rolls, and sprinkle over the butter.
7. 7Arrange all prepared ingredients on the board along with the mustard and serve.
