Glüh Schroth weiss

Ingredients

• 1 packageFlammkuchen dough (refrigerated section)
• 150 gSchmand
• 100 gdiced bacon
• 2 piecesscallions
• 1 pinchnutmeg
• 0,5 tspsalt
• 0,5 tsppepper

Preparation

1. 1Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius top/bottom heat and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. 2Mix the Schmand in a small bowl with salt, pepper, and a pinch of nutmeg.
3. 3Clean, wash, and cut the scallions into fine rings.
4. 4Unroll the Flammkuchen dough and spread the Schmand cream evenly over it.
5. 5Distribute the diced bacon and scallion rings evenly across the dough.
6. 6Roll up the dough from the long side and cut into slices about 2 cm thick.
7. 7Place the rolls on the baking sheet and bake for 12 to 15 minutes until golden brown.
