Ingredients

• 150 gMixed leaf salad
• 4 piecesGoat cheese rounds
• 2 tbspHoney
• 4 slicesBaguette
• 3 tbspOlive oil
• 1 tbspWhite wine vinegar
• 1 tspMustard
• 30 gWalnut kernels
• 1 pinchSalt
• 1 pinchPepper

Preparation

1. 1Preheat the oven to the grill setting at 220 degrees.
2. 2Thoroughly wash the salad leaves, dry them, and tear them into bite-sized pieces.
3. 3For the dressing, whisk together the vinegar, mustard, one tablespoon of honey, salt, and pepper, then slowly whisk in the olive oil.
4. 4Place the goat cheese rounds on the baguette slices and drizzle with the remaining honey.
5. 5Place the cheese-topped baguettes on a baking sheet and gratinate in the oven for about 5 to 7 minutes until golden brown.
6. 6Toast the walnut kernels in a dry pan until fragrant.
7. 7Toss the salad with the dressing, arrange on plates, and place the warm goat cheese rounds on top.
