Rosé lieblich

Ingredients

• 250 gshrimp (peeled and deveined)
• 1 pieceripe mango
• 1 piecered chili pepper
• 2 piecesspring onions
• 2 tbsplime juice
• 3 tbspolive oil
• 0,5 bunchfresh cilantro
• 1 tsphoney
• 1 pinchsalt
• 1 pinchpepper

Preparation

1. 1Wash the shrimp, pat dry, and pan-sear in a little olive oil for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
2. 2Peel the mango, cut the flesh away from the pit, and dice into uniform, bite-sized cubes.
3. 3Remove the seeds from the chili pepper and mince finely; slice the spring onions into thin rings.
4. 4For the dressing, thoroughly whisk together the lime juice with the remaining olive oil, honey, salt, and pepper.
5. 5Wash the fresh cilantro, shake dry, and roughly chop the leaves.
6. 6In a bowl, gently toss together the shrimp, mango cubes, chili, and spring onions.
7. 7Pour the prepared dressing over the salad, toss gently, and let sit for about 5 minutes.
8. 8Arrange the salad on plates and garnish generously with the chopped cilantro before serving.
