Rosé off-dry

Ingredients

• 1 piecebaguette
• 150 gfresh goat cheese
• 200 gfresh strawberries
• 1 tbspliquid honey
• 2 tbspolive oil
• 6 piecesbasil leaves
• 2 tbspbalsamic glaze
• 0,5 tspfreshly ground black pepper

Preparation

1. 1Slice the baguette into diagonal slices approximately 1.5 cm thick.
2. 2Lightly brush the bread slices with olive oil and toast in a pan or oven until golden brown.
3. 3Meanwhile, wash the strawberries, remove the stems, and slice the fruit thinly.
4. 4Spread the fresh goat cheese evenly over the still-warm baguette slices.
5. 5Arrange the strawberry slices in a fan pattern on top of the cheese.
6. 6Drizzle each bruschetta with a little honey and sprinkle with black pepper.
7. 7Cut the basil leaves into fine strips, scatter them over the appetizers, and garnish with a drizzle of balsamic glaze to finish.
